T. Glenn Barclay
As a principal of QSL and advisor for Blake Management Group, Glenn Barclay is responsible for program development and supervision of all aspects of operations for QSL facilities. Mr. Barclay lends more than 25 years of healthcare experience to QSL and is responsible for program development and supervision of all aspects of operations for QSL communities. Prior to his forming QSL to develop The Blake at Gulf Breeze, he was Director of Operations for a national senior housing company where he was directly responsible for the successful operations of 10 senior housing communities with over 700 units which generated total annual revenue of over $23 million and achieved a net operating income of over $7.6 million while increasing occupancy at distressed communities from 62 percent to 97+ percent. He has provided strategic guidance through the development of Blake communities in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee. He is currently serving as a board member for the Florida Assisted Living Association. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, a Master’s Degree in Theology and is a Registered Nurse. Mr. Barclay and his wife, Jackie, reside with their son, Blake, In Pensacola Beach, Florida.
C. Andrew Yarborough
Andy Yarborough brings extensive development experience to QSL. Mr. Yarborough has actively directed the development, financing, acquisition, and marketing of commercial real estate properties throughout the southeast. As a principal of QSL, Andy plays a lead role in site selection, market analysis, legal and organizational structure, finance, pre-development and development services for Blake facilities. His unique perspective on creativity and design in development, coupled with steadfast implementation of critical project underwriting and analysis, has solidified his position as a core component of QSL, aiding in the company’s success in the senior housing market. Andy graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Economics degree. Andy and his wife, Sarah, and their daughters, Lillie Harper and Chapel Reece, reside in Orange Beach, Alabama.
Judy Belk provides her expertise in development, finance, food service, and operations. As a broker and developer in Alabama and Florida, Mrs. Belk has over 30 years of experience in developing, owning, and managing commercial real estate properties. She has “hands on experience” in supervision of food service with over 30 years in the ownership and operation of restaurants with locations across Alabama. She received her certification to manage Assisted Living and Specialty Care facilities as an Assisted Living Administrator, Category II License, in Alabama. She has served in numerous board capacities including President of the Mobile County School Board, Chairman of the Board for the Alabama Restaurant Association, and as director for a local bank board for over ten years. She is a University of South Alabama graduate with a BS in Business Education and a MS in Secondary Education. She resides with her husband, Steve, in Citronelle, Alabama.
